World Environment Day Bags

Late last September, the Philippine capital Manila was struck with heavy rains that caused the worst flooding it experienced in the last 20 years. Many lives were lost, and thousands of houses and other properties were destroyed. Experts had varied opinions on what caused the natural disaster, but all of them agreed that human intervention have greatly contributed to the extent of the damage.
I do not want to experience what they had, nor do I wish my children and my children’s children to experience the same. I am young, and I’m totally convinced that I should do something about the worsening environmental situation. I will use the little knowledge that I have to somehow curb the effects of climate change.
Business have been my profession for the most part of my life. I want to use my marketing skills to a more noble cause, rather than focusing on how to make more money. Along this decision is my resolve to convince more people to do the same.
I will start by giving out free custom logo promotional bags in the groceries and stores on the World Environment Day. These items will be imprinted with tidbits on the current climate situation, and how to help stop it. In a couple of months perhaps, I can give away custom logo promotional backpacks and messenger bags to people. This will make them use the products more often, making consumable plastic to be a thing of the past.
Climbing up the corporate ladder in a sense, I will then give out custom logo promotional briefcases and attaches bags to those who are rich (financially speaking). These are the people who can and must do more because they have more means than the majority. Cutting across all the economic classes should be a big help in making my plans work out.
It’s a little bit daunting to think that I can do anything, considering that what’s happening now is a global problem. The world’s leaders and greatest minds are now teaming up to face the problem, and I must in my own little way, do what I can to make their problems a little bit lighter.
